Therapeutic Approach

Hello there! I’m Taylor, a Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) intern dedicated to guiding couples, individuals and families through life’s challenges and strengthening their relationships. Currently pursuing my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University, I bring a blend of academic knowledge and practical experience to my work.

In our sessions, I strive to create a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I view issues within the context of larger systems, helping us understand how various factors interact and influence one another. Additionally, I incorporate Narrative techniques, empowering you to reframe your story and discover new possibilities for growth and change. My training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy equips me with evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and nurture intimacy in relationships.

I see therapy as a collaborative journey where we work together to unearth your strengths, identify barriers, and co-create meaningful change. By fostering a sense of curiosity and openness, I aim to help you cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships, ultimately fostering greater resilience and well-being. If you’re ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and relationship enrichment, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
